I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. My education includes a BA with a major in Psychology and a Masters of Counselling from City University of Seattle. Working with individuals with the goal of healing from a variety of life’s obstacles. I aim to support those struggling with grief and loss, relationship and family dynamics, and life transitions. I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and providing a safe environment for those questioning their gender identity. I utilize a variety of brief therapy modalities and am specifically trained in Gender Affirming care and Mindfulness.

Within therapy, as we are all unique individuals. Through our work together I am able to utilize and integrate different types of therapy that are the best fit for your unique experience. In therapy I work to uncover strengths, your unique worldview, impact of family systems, disenfranchised grief, and explore the mind-body connection. In doing so, I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, fun and creative therapeutic relationship.

I have been working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, children and youth experiencing abuse, women and children fleeing domestic violence, and families experiencing divorce or separation. Also, I specialize in working with life transitions for adults and children, family relationship and romantic relationship dynamics. I have additional training in working with the kink community, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and harm reduction.

Please note my office is located in the Student Success Centre.
